Shakespeare’s star-crossed lovers experience passion and tragedy in this 20th-century ballet masterpiece brought to life by Sergey Prokofiev’s dramatic music and the choreography of Kenneth Macmillan. A special screening for St Valentine’s Day.

 

the doomed lovers attempt to find their way through the colour and action of Renaissance Verona, where a busy market all too quickly bursts into sword fighting and a family feud leads to tragedy for both the Montagues and the Capulets.
